The Hallow Flame

The Wishing Woods;

A pathway of fairielit willow trees with glowing wish tags, flickering lanterns, & Lights Guests add their own wishes to the forest by hanging notes on the trees with dreams written on the notes

The Oracles Tent;

Guests step into a velvet tent for tarot, aura, or palm readings” For Fun

Witchlight Workshop;

A crafting station where guests make mini lantern charms, potion bottles, or eerie intention scrolls to tie to their lanterns or take home

Fairie Bubble Forest; 

Fairie Forest with fairie lights, Willow Tree’s Fairie & Bubbles

The Ember Circle (Wish-Burning Ceremony);

Before the lantern release, guests write down what they want to let go of — fears, grief, regrets — and place them into a contained ceremonial fire as a symbolic release before the sky lantern release.

Howl at the Moon;

Our Event symbols are the moon & wolf so it’s a playful yet powerful group ritual where everyone howls together at the full moon or projection of one — primal, freeing, and totally Instagram-worthy. 

A portion of the events profits will go towards saving wolves and their environment.

The Autumn Market;

A dark halloween-style vendor row with handmade goods, official event merchandise, food vendors, beverages, etc — all under low orange lighting and creeping ivy.

Moonlit Masquerade

Moonlit Masquerade Garden;

A masked, enchanted forest area with fog, candlelit, haunting string music, a masquerade ball. Guests arrive in elegant costumes for the ball.

The Black Flame Lounge (21+);

VIP gothic bar with absinthe cocktails, “blood” wines, candlelight, fog, and slow jazz music playing

The Haunting Hour Sound Bath;

A pre-lantern-release sound bath with crystal bowls, gongs, and wind chimes in near-darkness, leading into silence and reflection.

Entry for 1 pet and a pet friendly quiet seating area. All revenue from pawlloween tickets goes towards helping animals and their families buy food, vet bills, etc Please read all requirements here to bring a pet
